Tap and Earn. Get AED 100 flat cashback for using your Liv Debit Card from your digital wallet
In this campaign, customers are eligible for a cashback of AED 100 upon the condition that they make 2 or more transactions via digital wallets on their Liv Debit Card.
In addition to these Digital Wallet Spend campaign terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms”), this campaign shall also be subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products available on the Bank’s website: https://www.emiratesnbd.com/en/terms-and-conditions, as may be amended from time to time (“ENBD GTC”). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the ENBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.
The Campaign Terms are as below.
- Customers need to make at least 2 (or more) transaction(s) in during the campaign period worth a minimum AED 250 each to be eligible.
- Campaign period shall run from 1st August to 31st August 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
- This offer is only valid for customers that have not made a spend via digital wallets on their Liv Debit Card in over 6 months prior to the start date of the Campaign Period (1st August 2024)
- The maximum cashback amount that customer can receive is AED 100.
- Only spends made via digital wallet will be considered. Any top-ups via other wallets will be excluded from the eligibility.
- Customers will be credited with the AED 100 within 30 days of the end of the Campaign Period, and these funds will be transferred to customer’s Liv primary account subject to account status being active.
- Customers will only be eligible for the cashback subject to their Liv Debit Card being available on the digital wallet at the time of the Campaign Period end date.
- The cashback will be given on a first come basis to the first 1000 customers (considered based on the dates of the first 2 transactions that are made in the month of August).
1.Miscellaneous
1.a) Prizes/cashback may be forfeited, or customers holding eligible accounts may be disqualified from participation in the campaign, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
1.b) The prize(s)/cashback featured in all printed materials and/or website of the Bank are shown for illustrative purposes only. The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the specifications of the prizes/cashback, at its sole discretion with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
1.c) These Campaign Terms are subject to change, addition or amendment, at the sole discretion of the Bank with notice to customers, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
1.d) The Bank may alter the Campaign Period at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
1.e) This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD or Liv.
1.f) All decisions of the Bank relating to the campaign, are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
1.g) The Bank shall not be liable for any personal injury; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control);(b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank;
(d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this campaign;
or
(e) use of a prize;
1.h) The Bank shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation as to, the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize. Any such issues must be settled directly with the producer and/or supplier of such prize. The Bank takes no responsibility for resolving any such disputes.
1.i) The Bank may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend and/or vary the features of a Digital Wallet Spend campaign, as well as these Campaign Terms. Such amendment/variation may involve the following:
(1.i.i) limiting or changing the value of prize/cashback under the Digital Wallet Spend campaign and/or the manner of their redemption;(1.i.ii) changing:
- the eligibility criteria for transactions in respect of which minimum spend may accrue; and/or
- the number of transactions required for the redemption of a prize/cashback; and/or
(1.i.iv) The Bank accepts no liability for any such amendment and/or variation.
These Campaign Terms and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (excluding courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre)
