How we protect you:
- We use a secure channel to exchange data between your device, WhatsApp and Liv.
- To subscribe to WhatsApp Banking use your mobile number registered with the bank
How you can protect yourself:
- Look for a green badge next to Liv's name in the WhatsApp chat to ensure it's our official account
- Don't share personal information over WhatsApp
- Don't share your mobile phone with anyone
- Activate your SIM card using a PIN
- Enable WhatsApp two-step verification under Settings/Account/Two-Step Verification
- Lock your WhatsApp chat with Face ID or Touch ID to add an extra layer of security
