Get 25% cashback on your Liv Debit Card
In addition to these VISA Debit Activation Campaign terms and conditions (“Campaign Terms”), this campaign shall also be subject to the Bank’s General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products available on the Bank’s website: https://www.emiratesnbd.com/en/terms-and-conditions, as may be amended from time to time (“ENBD GTC”). If there is any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the ENBD GTC, these Campaign Terms shall prevail, to the extent it relates to this campaign.
In this campaign, customers are eligible for a 25% cashback upon the condition that they make a minimum transaction of AED120 via digital wallets on their Liv Debit Card.
The Campaign Terms are as below.
1. Campaign period shall run from 5th February to 5th April 2025 both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
2. This offer is only valid for customers who have not made any spends/transacted on their Liv debit card in the past 6 or more months, prior to the start date of the Campaign Period (5th February 2025).
3. Customers are eligible for 25% cashback (capped at AED50) if they make a transaction worth AED120 or more via digital wallets (“Eligible Transaction(s)”) during the Campaign Period.
4. Only spends made via digital wallets will be considered. Any top-ups via other wallets will be excluded from the eligibility.
5. The maximum cashback amount a customer can get during the Campaign Period is AED50. This cashback cap could be earned in 1 or more Eligible Transactions.
6. Customers will only be eligible for the cashback prize subject to their Liv Debit Card being active and available on the digital wallet during the entire Campaign Period.
7. The cashback will be given on a first come basis to the first 1,250 active Liv customers only (such determination will be at the Bank’s discretion and shall be considered based on the date and time of the first Eligible Transactions that are made during start of the Campaign Period).
Miscellaneous:
1. Cashback amount will be forfeited, or customers holding eligible Liv debit accounts may be disqualified from participation in the campaign, if the Bank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such customer winner has violated any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
2. The cashback amount featured in all printed materials and/or website of the Bank are shown for illustrative purposes only. The Bank reserves the right to amend, withdraw or change the specifications of the cashback amount, at its sole discretion with notice to customers, subject to applicable laws/regulations.
3. These Campaign Terms are subject to change, addition, or amendment, at the sole discretion of the Bank with notice to customers, in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
4. The Bank may alter the Campaign Period at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws/regulations.
5. This campaign is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, campaign or offer of Emirates NBD or Liv.
6. Employees of the Bank and their immediate family members are not eligible.
7. All decisions of the Bank relating to the campaign, are at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions of the Bank shall be final and conclusive.
8. The Bank shall not be liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Bank’s control);(b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Bank) due to any reason beyond the control of the Bank;
(d) any tax liability incurred by a winner under this campaign;
or
(e) use of a prize.
9. The Bank may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend and/or vary the features of the VISA Debit Inactivation Campaign, as well as these Campaign Terms. Such amendment/variation may involve the following:
9.1. limiting or changing the value of cashback under the VISA Debit Activation campaign and/or the manner of their redemption;9.2. changing:
9.2.1. the eligibility criteria for transactions in respect of which minimum spend may accrue; and/or
9.2.2. the number of transactions required for the redemption of cashback; and/or
9.2.3. The Bank accepts no liability for any such amendment and/or variation.
These Campaign Terms and any dispute arising from them, including in relation to interpretation or execution, shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai (excluding courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
