Liv Credit Card Special Features

General

  • Existing customers who have a primary account with Liv and new customers who do not have a Liv primary account are welcome to apply for our set of credit card - Cashback Card and Cashback+ Card.
  • Customers can only apply for 1 of the two credit cards (as specified above) via the Liv app or the Liv website.
  • The credit cards will be subject to these special features and the General Terms and Conditions for Consumer Banking Products of Emirates NBD Bank (P.J.S.C). (“Terms and Conditions”)

Rewards

  • Customers can earn rewards in points that can be converted to Cashback or Emirates Skywards miles. This depends on the customer’s choice of partner at the time of point redemption(s).
  • Customers will earn rewards in points on all purchases they make. The rewards they earn will be determined by the spend tier they belong to each month (as reflected below).
  • Customers can also earn rewards for low merchant categories, which shall include, government, utilities, and bill payments.
  • Customers need to have a minimum of 500 points or more to redeem them as Cashback or Skyward Miles.

Card activation

  • A digital card may be provided to customer on the Liv App after they complete their card application from Liv App or website. Customer will need to activate the digital card by following the in-app instructions to use the digital card. Once the digital card is activated, it can be used for all card transactions where a physical card is not required up to the applicable credit limit and in accordance with Terms and Conditions. Customer must schedule delivery of physical Card within thirty (30) days of activation of digital Card or Liv may block usage of their card.
  • You must activate your card through the Liv App. Your activation of the card is proof of delivery and will constitute binding and conclusive evidence of your receipt of the card and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Payments

  • All information for interest and calculation method of interest is available on the Credit Card Key Facts Statement.
  • Up-to-date interest rates are always shown in the Interest Rate Schedule on the Liv app and under the Liv Credit Card section on the Price Plan page of our website.
  • Customers can pay their credit card bill through their primary account.
  • Cash deposit through any ENBD cash deposit machines within UAE.
  • Through the payment portal of any other bank.

Closure

For closure of the credit card, request can be raised for card closure through ‘Chat Via WhatsApp’ option from the Liv App or Liv website.
