Transfer money internationally to friends and family easily using our Liv X app. Your money will reach your recipient within 2 to 3 working days, depending on the recipient bank's processes and working hours.

Before making a transfer, you should have:
- Your latest home address details
- Sufficient funds in your account
- A routing code if applicable
- Your beneficiary account details
If you need to add a new beneficiary, here's how (refer to section 6). When you add a new beneficiary, you need to wait 24 hours before you can make a transfer to them.
Set up standing instructions
You can also set up recurring payments to payees or beneficiaries already on your list. You can change these instructions at any time.

How to transfer
To transfer to a new beneficiary:
- Log in to the Liv X App
- Tap at the bottom of the app
- Tap International Transfer > Transfer to new beneficiary
- Select Bank Transfer and enter beneficiary country and currency
- Enter beneficiary details and tap Next
- Enter payment details and Next
- Verify your details and Slide to Confirm
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
To transfer to a existing beneficiary:
- Log in to Liv X App
- Tap at the bottom of the app
- Tap International Transfer and under the bank accounts tab, select your beneficiary with an international account
- Enter amount and tap Next
- Verify your details and Slide to Confirm
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
To add to a new beneficiary:
- Log in to the Liv X App
- Tap at the bottom of the app
- For local transfers:
- Tap Local Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
- Enter the IBAN number and Next
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For international transfers:
- Tap International Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
- Select bank transfer, choose currency, enter the details and Next
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For FastPay:
- Tap Transfer to a new mobile number
- Select from phone book or enter the beneficiaries name, number and Next
- Enter the amount and Slide to confirm
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For Western Union transfers:
- Tap International Transfer > Transfer to a new beneficiary
- Select Western Union, proceed, enter the beneficiary and payment details, then Continue
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For telecom/utility/RTA/fine bill payments:
- Tap Pay bills > Start a new payment
- Select the service, enter the relevant details and Next
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For Credit Card payments:
- Tap Credit card payments > Pay a new card
- Enter the relevant details and Next
- Enter your Smart Pass PIN*
- For local transfers:
Your beneficiary will be added in 2 hours.
How to remove a beneficiary:
- Log in to the Liv X App
- Tap at the bottom of the app
- Select any of the services within Transfers or Payments.
- Select the beneficiary you would like to remove, and SWIPE left over it
- Tap Delete and confirm
Your beneficiary will be removed instantly
Processing time
- Any request received before 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday will be processed on the same working day, subject to availability of funds and accuracy of details. Otherwise it will be processed the next working day at rates applicable during the time of processing.
- If you place the request through the branch before 3:00 PM Monday to Saturday, it will be processed the same day.
