1) What is a Livionaire Account?
A free of cost Savings Account where you can deposit your money.
2) How can I be eligible for the Livionaire campaign?
All customers who create a Livionaire Account will automatically be eligible for the Livionaire campaign.
3) What are the Livionaire Prizes?
Over the course of the year, Livionaire Account holders are eligible for over 10,000 prizes worth over AED 7M. The prizes are listed below
Grand Prize of one million dirhams (AED 1,000,000.00)
-At the end of every quarter (3 months) during the promotion period, one winner will be eligible to win One Million Dirhams (AED 1,000,000.00)
Prize of Hundred Thousand Dirhams (AED 100,000)
- There will be a total of 8 winners who will be eligible for winning AED 100,000 each during campaign period
- In the months that grand prize winner has not been selected, one winner for AED 100,000 will be selected.
Prize of Ten Thousand Dirhams (AED 10,000)
-There will be a total of 8 customers who will win AED 1000 each month through the draw
Prize of One Thousand Dirhams (AED 1000)
-There will be a total of 80 winners who will win AED 1000 each month through the draw
Price of One Hundred Dirhams (AED 100)
-There will be a total of 800 winners who will win AED 1000 each month through the draw
4) How can I add and withdraw money from the Livionaire Account?
You can add and withdraw money at any via your Liv App. An average balance of AED 1000 gets you and entry into the draw for our Livionaire campaign. You can win exciting weekly and monthly prices and enter our draw.
5) How can I be eligible for the draw?
An average account balance of one thousand dirhams during each month will provide you with one entry into the Draw which gives the Customer a chance to win this Grand prize. Each deposit of AED 1000 will increase your chances of winning.
6) What is the duration of the campaign?
The Livionaire campaign will start on 1st August 2024 and will continue for 13 months till August 31st 2025 (both days inclusive). Raffle draws will start from month of September 2024.

8) How will I know if I win?
At the end of each draw, winners will be published on the Liv website. If you have won, you will be emailed or called by our team.
9) What are the minimum balance requirements for the Livionaire Account?
There are no minimum balance requirements for the Livionaire Account.
10) Will I earn interest on my Livionaire Account?
Until August 31st, Bonus Multiplier interest will apply to all Livionaire accounts. Starting September 1st, interest will not be offered on Livionaire accounts.
