How can I keep my account safe?
Remember to never share your username, password, PIN or OTP with anyone else. Also, avoid writing down your details, or logging in when someone is watching. We will never, ever ask you for these details.
When setting your PIN & password, avoid easily recognized numbers/names (your birthday, sequential numbers like 2222, etc.)
If you’re travelling abroad, ensure your roaming is activated on your mobile phone, so that you receive OTP via SMS.
